Information on tubes suitable for small lot printing
We have a wide variety of tubes available that can be printed in small lots (from 1,000 pieces).
The following tubes can be printed in lots of 1,000 or more.
Compared to tubes that start from molding, using general-purpose tubes allows for quicker delivery times.

From order to delivery
Notes when creating block copy data
- The font size used in the design should be at least 4.5pt (1.6mm square or larger).
*Depending on the process and design, we may ask you to make modifications as they may be difficult to reproduce. - Please outline all text.
- We recommend a line thickness of 0.1mm or more for overlay and 0.2mm or more for blank.
- If you would like to print in solid color, please submit your image in 1/4 or less of the printable area.
- For H/S range, please submit logos with a size of 20mm x 20mm or less.
- For silkscreen printing, please leave a margin of at least 4mm at the beginning and end of the print.
Please note that we cannot accommodate designs that go all the way around the circumference or full-surface printing. - QR codes cannot be printed.
- Please send your data in Adobe Illustrator format (.ai).

Regarding misalignment when printing silkscreen or H/S
- When silkscreen printing or HOT printing, misalignment will always occur (approximately 1.5mm up, down, left and right) *2
